🌱 leeks
🌱 spinach – cold tolerant varieties
🌱 lettuce – cold hardy varieties like red leaf
🌱 radish
🌱 carrots
🌱 parsley
🌱 cilantro

Cilantro is a great addition to so mant recipes, like guacamole, salsa, and Cilantro Lime Rice , and it’s also self-seeding. This means it will spread on its own and could come back not quite where you originally planted it!
